The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of instigating, developing and managing creative projects with young people, expertise in participatory practice and the ability to identify and develop opportunities to build New Writing North’s young people’s offer.  

They will be a self starter, full of ideas, with an ability to communicate with young people as well as the wider public about our work.
