Shadow Writer in Residence for Lincoln South Mental Health Project, Writing East Midlands
We are recruiting one Shadow Writer in Residence to work with the Lead Writer in Residence to run a writing group for adults with mental health problems in the Lincoln region.
This project is composed of a series of five poetry and mental health workshops running within Lincoln in summer 2021.
The Shadow Writers will work with the Lead Writer in Residence, taking inspiration from a variety of sources – such as narrative therapy, creative writing, poetry, and poetry therapy – and develop a series of activities and exercises.
The aim of the workshops is to enable participants to write and share their narratives, and reconnect to things that are valued and meaningful within their lives.
