The Exeter Novel Prize 2027

The Exeter Novel Prize is now open for submissions until January 31st 2027. The top prize for the winning entry is £1000, an engraved, silver bookmark and certificate. Five other finalists will each receive £100, a bookmark and a certificate.
The winners will be announced in the second quarter of next year.
This annual competition is open to writers from around the world without agent representation.
Authors should send the first 10,000 words of their novel and a synopsis of no more than 500 words.
The entry fee is £23 and there are a limited number of bursaries.
