The Society of Authors' Audio Drama Awards 2024

Celebrating new talent and outstanding achievement in writing for audio drama, the Society of Authors award two of the UK’s premier prizes for audio drama writing, the Imison Award and the Tinniswood Award, which are presented annually at the BBC Audio Drama Awards.
The Imison Award (£3,000) is given annually to the best audio drama script by a writer new to the medium. It is open to original audio drama first broadcast on radio or made available online via a recognised platform (whether on a streamed or download basis). This must be within the UK by a UK-based producer during the period 1 October 2022 – 31 October 2023.
The Tinniswood Award (£3,000) honours the best original audio drama script of the year. Any audio drama script first broadcast or made available online within the UK by a UK-based producer during the period 1 October 2022 – 31 October 2023 is eligible.
