Trainee Artistic Director, Apples and Snakes

Apples and Snakes is seeking a trainee Artistic Director. Working at a senior level & covering artistic programme, project management & strategic planning, finance & fundraising, comms & marketing. we are seeking candidates with lived experience of anti-Black issues.
Apples and Snakes is England's leading organisation for performance poetry and spoken word, with an international reputation for producing engaging and transformative work.
This role has been created to help remove obstacles for Black people in the arts, and so we particularly encourage applicants from Black communities.
The post of Trainee Artistic Director will work closely with the Artistic Director/CEO over a period of 2 years. This position is a 2-year fixed term contract at 2.5 days per week.
