Wenlock Poetry Festival is looking to recruit a Trainee Festival Producer, who will assist with the development, coordination and administration of Wenlock Poetry Festival 2014

The post offers a great opportunity for an individual to learn how to produce and develop a poetry festival. Wenlock Poetry Festival aims to train, support and develop a successful candidate, equipping them with new skills in producing and delivering poetry / arts projects.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for the arts, particularly contemporary poetry and an interest in working in the poetry development and/or festival sector. The successful applicant will be relatively new to producing, but have a set of transferable skills such as those listed in the Job Description.

The trainee festival producer will need to be able to meet regularly in Much Wenlock and a fee of £1500 (one thousand five hundred pounds) including all expenses is offered.
