Are you comfortable scrutinising spreadsheets? Are you on top of budgets, projections, and profit and loss? Familiar with accounting procedures and financial monitoring?
The NAWE co-chairs, Jocelyn Page and Jane Moss, are seeking a member with relevant skill and experience to act as NAWE Treasurer. This is a voluntary role to help us set and monitor our annual budget, and provide quarterly updates to the Trustees, informing our accountability role as part of responsible governance. The estimated time commitment is no more than 1 - 2 hours per month.
You'll likely be a NAWE member used to this type of reporting as part of your own organisation's business planning and accountability. You may be trained or qualified in financial management, book keeping or accountancy. You will have a keen eye on the detail, an understanding of financial terms and the need to operate within budgetary constraints. You will certainly be wholly committed to keeping NAWE's finances on track, supported by Mosaic and our accountant, with a desire to maintain our sustainability with prudent financial management, whilst helping identify flexibility for development.
If this is you, we would love to hear from you. Please contact j.page@gold.ac.uk for a conversation about how you could help us.
Deadline: Friday 5 June 2026
