Are you shaking up the creative industries? Are you based in the UK? Have you been in business for less than ten years?
You could be one of our Creative Entrepreneurs of the year... apply now and let us take you on a business trip of a lifetime.
We've teamed up with The Hospital Club to invite new UK-based creative entrepreneurs to apply for the Creative Entrepreneur category in the
h Club 100.
The h Club 100 is an annual search for the most influential, innovative and interesting people in the creative and media industries in the UK.
The British Council-supported Creative Entrepreneur category will recognise the work of ten people whose businesses are making the UK creative economy so exciting in 2013. Three of them will also be invited to one of the following countries - Russia, Brazil, Vietnam, Nigeria or South Africa – to meet industry peers and to develop deeper understanding of exciting new trends. The British Council will develop the programme and cover the costs of travel, accommodation and subsistence costs while on the foreign trip.
All ten creative entrepreneurs who make the shortlist will be part of the h club 100 list and be awarded the accolade at a glitzy central London party.
We’re looking for creative people who have been in business for less than ten years but who already have a track record of testing new business models, reaching new audiences, using new technologies and driving forward the development of their creative sector.
You can be working in any of these sectors to be eligible:
• Advertising, marketing and PR
• Art and design
• Broadcast
• Fashion
• Film
• Gaming and tech
