We’d like to see stories with kids and young adults as the main characters. Stories where the heroes and heroines are challenged and solve the problems themselves. No adults coming in and saving the day! Stories filled with magic, fantastic worlds or creatures. Special powers are welcome! This is not the time for ordinary anything. Dazzle us. Surprise us. Amaze us. Every story that is submitted will receive feedback comments from our editorial staff.

Authors chosen for publication will be paid $20 plus an electronic copy of the book. Names will be listed on our website when the book is released (December 2018).

Division by Zero is a publisher in Holland, Michigan, founded in 2011 to give new authors a voice. They have published five themed anthologies of short story, speculative fiction written by adults from all over the world. The books are available through Amazon and their website: www.mifiwriters.org. The company also offers community educational events and writing retreats to help writers improve their skills and hone their craft.

Voices of Tomorrow is their newest series, designed to encourage and develop teen writers while giving them a platform for their voices to be heard.
