Write by the Sea Writing Competitions 2023

This year we've added Memoir/Personal Essay to the existing Short Story, Flash Fiction and Poetry categories. We have top prizes of €500 as well as cash second and third prizes. Submissions open on 4th February and close on 4th June 2023.
Short Story - max 2,500 words
Flash Fiction - max 700 words
Memoir/Personal Essay - max 1000 words
Poetry - max 40 lines
First prize €500, second prize €200, third prize €100 in each category.
Entry fee €10 or three for €25 (in the same, or different categories)
