Online Purchasing Policy

Subscription Payments


Online NAWE Membership subscription payments offer instant access to NAWE online services, plus all other NAWE membership benefits (according to membership type) for the period of one year.

Online subscription payments are non-refundable.

Event Booking Payments


Online payment for NAWE Conference bookings, the NAWE Retreat or NAWE professional development opportunities will guarantee your booking for the event subject to availability of places. Payment will only be initiated once NAWE has confirmed availability, at which point a confirmation message will be sent. In the event of your need to cancel a conference or seminar booking, full refunds will be made prior to the booking deadline but not thereafter.

Delivery of Books and Other Materials


Online purchasing of NAWE magazines, books and any other materials through the NAWE website is subject to the availability of the goods. Payment will only be initiated once availability is confirmed, at which point a confirmation message will be sent. NAWE will endeavour to make clear if a particular item is temporarily out of stock.

NAWE's online selling of all services and goods complies with the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations.
