NAWE Virtual Conference 2023 Booking

The prices for the 2023 virtual conference will be as below. All rates include attendance to both days (Friday 10 and Saturday 11 March 2023) and non-member rates include a free 12-month e-membership to NAWE. The Concession rate is available to students and unwaged individuals. This year's conference is sponsored by York Centre for Writing based at York St John University and Bloomsbury.

Book Your Place For NAWE 2023
All sessions will be recorded (subject to speaker permission) and will be available for delegates to view on demand after the conference. And we've made the process of joining sessions easier this year - you can decide on the day which you wish to attend. Joining links and information will be sent 7 days prior to the conference.
Terms and Conditions of Booking
Cancellations must be received in writing to admin@nawe.co.uk.
Refunds on cancellations will be made as follows:
- Received on or before 11 February 2023: Full refund (minus £15 administration charge)
- Received on or after 12 February 2023: 50% refund
- Received on or after 3 March 2023: No refund
All rates shown are not applicable for VAT. No refunds will be made for delegates not attending the virtual conference or for missed reservations. We reserve the right to cancel any session or event should they not be viable to run.
PLEASE NOTE: FULL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
Bursaries
At NAWE, our mission is to build an inclusive creative writing education community that works for everyone. As part of our commitment to widening access, we have a limited number of low cost tickets and bursaries available. If income is a barrier to participating, or if you are disabled, on statutory benefits (including statutory maternity pay), or without income, please email us at admin@nawe.co.uk and these will be allocated on a first come first served basis (no proof required).
